Five Ultimate has created several sponsorship programs to recognize the amazing ultimate programs out there – from club to college, in the United States and abroad. To learn about our sponsorship opportunities, and find out if your team might be eligible to apply, check out the programs below.
College Sponsorships 2011-2012We are happy to announce that we are new accepting applications for the fourth season of our college sponsorship program!We founded this program three years ago to show our support of the hard work that college players put into their teams despite the demands of school, jobs, and life. Through this sponsorship program we hope to make our sponsored teams’ seasons just a little bit easier by providing them with sweet Five gear and do our part to help strengthen College Ultimate. Any interested team is welcome to send in an application. D-III, D-I, big, small, goofy, technical, state, liberal, or clown college Five Ultimate wants to hear from you. We are offering 10 sponsorships (5 open and 5 womens teams). Here’s what your team stands to receive for the season: COLLEGE ULTIMATE SPONSORSHIP 2012

REQUIREMENTS: Five wants to sponsor teams that are outgoing, fun to play against, dedicated to making their team and teammates better at every practice, and know how to make noise while having a good time. Teams we choose to sponsor will be those that best reflect the hard-working, fun-loving attitude that we maintain here at Five Ultimate. Teams that are chosen for participation will be requested to wear only Five Ultimate gear – jerseys and shorts – during game time for the entire 2012 spring season. We will also request that our sponsored teams provide us with updates throughout the season, a short bio and photos of their team to post on our website. ELITE TEAM SPONSORSHIP: We are still running a college elite sponsorship program, but applications for this program are closed. If you think your team is worthy of an elite package sponsorship, don’t be shy. Shoot us an email at sponsorship@fiveultimate.com and tell us why your team has or is about to blow up on the college national scene. We do hate saying no to hard working players, but please keep in mind we will be choosing only a very few select teams to receive our elite college sponsorship.
Club SponsorshipsIn recognition of the dedication, skill, and athleticism that makes club ultimate so exciting, Five Ultimate created a club sponsorship program that rewards the hard work of top teams. These teams push ultimate to new levels, and maintain the highest level of competition within our sport. Their amazing plays make the game exciting to watch, and inspire the rest of us to play harder, run our track workouts, and just go for that layout D. The club teams we sponsor aren’t just all-stars on the field, though. As we sat down to consider a club sponsorship program, we couldn’t help getting excited about the elite ultimate community’s potential to impact the sport in another way: growing youth ultimate. We wanted to direct our program not just towards the current generation of club ultimate players, but also towards the future of ultimate. Therefore, we are providing support and incentive for the club teams we sponsor to expand their support youth ultimate in their area. We hope that by creating a program that rewards club teams for growing youth ultimate in their area, we have created something deeper and more meaningful – and more fun – than the average sponsorship.
