Order Process


This page maps out how to place an order at Five, and each step along the way. The six steps below outline what you need to do, what we at Five Ultimate need to do, and how long it will take. Below this first list, each step is explained in detail and includes links to information you’ll need to complete each step.
Step 1: Submit Order Form and Artwork. (Instantaneous)
Step 2: Five responds and together we start sorting out the details with art and gear. (~5 business days)
Step 3: After you approve the invoice and digital mock ups, you send an email to Five that payment is on the way. (~1 business day)
Step 4: Screen Printing. (7-15 business days)
Step 5: Shipping. (1-5 business days)
Step 6: Enjoy!
You’ll notice that with the amount of time each of these steps takes, it’s a good idea to submit your order at least 20 business days before you want to have your gear in hand. Plan ahead!


Before Your Order: Get Organized

  • Download the order form in order to get acquainted with all the information you’ll need to submit
  • Hit up the Customization tab above for more info about number styles, and things to be aware with screen printing! Finalize the design of your gear, including the size and color of your design and numbers. Remember, if you have any questions, we’re only an email or phone call away.
  • Make sure you give yourself enough time to collect sizes, player numbers, and player names. Submitting everything correctly the first time helps ensure we don’t make any mistakes on your order.

STEP 1: Submit Order Form and Artwork

Submit your final order form and artwork to us via email at team@fiveultimate.com. Straight and simple!


STEP 2: Sort Out the Details

Approximately one business day after you submit your order, you’ll get a preliminary invoice and digital mock ups emailed back to you. This is to confirm with you that we have all the specifications on your order correctly interpreted. Depending on how complicated your order is, this back-and-forth of sorting out the details can take up to 5 business days or more. The busier we are, and the more changes you have for us to make, the longer this part of the process will take.

Getting thoroughly organized before you order can save a lot of time in this step. If the order form is well filled out, your artwork is well formatted, and you’re on top of responding to our emails, this can take only a few days. On the flip side – if you’re disorganized, indecisive, and slow to respond, this step can take weeks!


STEP 3: Approve Digital Mock Ups and Invoice, then Send Payment

Make out any checks, money orders, or purchase orders to FIVE ULTIMATE and send them to:

Please write your invoice number on the info line of all checks!

Once we’re all on the same page regarding your order, give us written approval via email of the invoice and mock ups.

With this approval you should also give us written notice via email that payment is on its way. We do not send your gear to the printer without this email.

For team orders we currently accept:

  • Personal Checks
  • Business Checks
  • Cashiers Checks
  • Money Orders
  • Purchase Orders*
  • Wire Transfers**
  • Credit Card

* For purchase orders, contact your official school or organization’s office. Purchase order must be received before gear can be shipped.
** All international orders must be made through either wire transfers or credit cards.


STEP 4: Screen Printing

The printing process can take between 7 and 15 business days, depending on how busy our printers are.
After all the gear is printed we quality control the final order to make sure we didn’t make any mistakes!


STEP 5: Shipping

For domestic orders we ship your gear via UPS ground. Depending on your proximity to our headquarters in Seattle, this will take between 1 and 5 business days. Check out the map below for a guide of transit times. If you would like to rush-ship your gear please let us know; we can ship guaranteed delivery via UPS 3-Day, 2-Day air, or Next-Day Air.

Remember: we can’t ship your gear out to you until we have received your full payment or purchase order, so get your check in the mail as soon as you have given final approval on your order!


STEP 6: Arrival!

You get your gear! Enjoy!

While sporting your new gear, remember to wash in cold water and to not put your gear in the dryer, hang dry!
