Order ‘em up!

After filling out the order form, email your order and all artwork to us at team@fiveultimate.com. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can with a set of digital mock ups and an invoice. Before submitting your order form be sure to check the AVAILABILITY section to see if we have your gear in stock

If you make any changes to your order after you’ve submitted it, please send us an updated order form. This will ensure that any changes are correctly translated to our production paperwork.

Because we are human, our printing operation operates with a 1% error rate, so we will catch a small number of printing mistakes as we quality-control custom orders. We’ll immediately inform you of the misprint and get going on reprinting the incorrectly printed items. The misprints may be shipped with your order, and the correct items will ship out no more than a week later.

In the unlikely event that we miss a mistake, please snap a picture of the misprinted item and email it to us. We’ll do our best to fix the problem as soon as possible!

Note that custom gear is made specially for you. We do not accept returns on gear that has custom printing. We will, however, accept returns on uncustomized gear.

Reorders

If you’ve placed an order with us in the past, re-orders are a snap! Download the order form (above) and send it our way. Assuming all of the artwork is the same from your original order, there are no set-up charges for re-orders of 10 or more of each item. For re-orders of fewer than ten items there is a setup fee of $16 per screen.

We keep all your artwork on file – no need to resend it!

Five Ultimate takes a certain pride in delivering new colors of shorts: hot pink, neon green, burnt orange, plaid, etc… however, should your team decide to order using these colors please be aware that we do not guarantee our inventory on these custom colors and we may not be able to fill subsequent reorders. Email team@fiveultimate.com for availability information about colored shorts.

International Orders

Yes, we accept international orders! There will be three main differences in the entire ordering process.

•Firstly, all international orders must be paid for via a wire transfer denominated in US dollars.
•Secondly, shipping will take longer than the advertised 5 business days*. Depending on the destination of your order, the United States Postal Service will deliver your gear with a 2-4 week transit time (not guaranteed). We do offer faster shipping, but it is expensive! Please let us know of your shipping preference when you place your order.
•Thirdly, you will be solely responsible for all customs and duties your country may charge. We recommend getting in touch with your country’s customs office before you place your order so you are fully aware of the charges you will be responsible for.

* Shipping to Canada will only take 1-6 business days.
