Printing:What do you mean by a ‘screen’?In the silkscreen process, a screen is required for printing every color printed in every location. For example, a pink and purple elephant on your chest will require two screens. A yellow and green duck on your sleeve will require another two screens. Can you print over the seams?Yes! We charge $3 for printing over the seam, and it will add 1-2 weeks to the turnaround time on your order, but it’s worth it because it will look super-sharp! Can you print in hot pink? How about aqua blue? How about sugarplum? How about…?We can match any color you would like to have printed. The exception to this rule is with sparkly colors – we have silver, gold, and a couple of other sparkly options, but we can’t match just any color and make it sparkle. I mean, we’re not superhuman. Can some of our players get names (or numbers) and some of them not?Yes! That’s totally fine! Can we get crazy sublimated jerseys? We have this design we wanna do that has pink tigers all over it!Yes!. But keep in mind that projects that we can’t do via regular screen printing require a lot of oversight throughout production. Check out our sublimation page for more details. If we put our team name on the back of our jersey, is that $4 like player names?No, having your team name on the back of your jerseys means that the name will be the same on all the jerseys.Therefore, we consider it a screen, which is $2 per jersey. Player names cost $4 because they are different on each jersey.
Logistics:Can our team order less than 15 items?We have the item minimum in order to cover the cost of our setup fees. If you really can’t get an order of 15 together but still want gear, we’ll ask you to pay the setup/screen making fees of $30 per screen for the order in addition to our usual printing fees. Our absolute minimum order is 10. What if we’re ordering 10 black shorts and 10 gray shorts? The total is more than 15, right?The issue here is printing. If you aren’t getting printing on your gear then, yes! If you are getting printing, and the color of the ink stays exactly the same for both colors, then yes! If the color of ink will have to change between the different colored shorts, even though the logo stays the same, we charge a $10 color change fee for making the switch. Is Nora Nora a total tool? I heard she is.No, this is not true. Nora Nora just dates tools. So if you are a guy, and a tool, definitely give her a call!
Can we get a discount on our gear?/Can Five Ultimate sponsor us?As much as we’d like to give everyone a discount, we simply can’t! If you are a college team, you can apply for one of our sponsorships next year – we offer a limited number of sponsorships to teams each year. (Check out our lifestyle section for a showcase of our college sponsorship program.) If you aren’t a college team, feel free to submit a written/creative proposal to us explaining who your team is, why you need/deserve a discount or sponsorship, and what your team is doing to help grow ultimate in your community. Although we may not be able to offer you a discount/sponsorship, we’d love to learn more about your team and ultimate in your community. And who knows, a well thought out proposal may stick out enough that we come back to your team when we are able to sponsor someone like you!
Can you ship to the UK? How about Kathmandu?Yes! We ship anywhere that the trusty United States Postal Service delivers. You’ll want to check in with what your local import duties/fees or VATs will cost you, since you’ll need to pay those when you receive your package. How long will it take to get my order if I’m an international customer?If you are from Canada, our 15 day turnaround time from date of payment still applies. However, for our international customers, we can only guarantee that your gear will be postmarked to you within 10 business days of receipt of payment. This is because the USPS takes a different amount of time to deliver packages depending on the country. We’ve found that pretty much everywhere we’ve delivered internationally, you’ll get our gear within 2-4 weeks. Faster shipping is available, but it is very expensive. If you’re interested in that option, let us know when you place your order. Reorders:I’d like to reorder through you guys because your gear was so awesome last time! Do you still have our artwork on file, or do I need to resend it to you?We’ll keep everything on file for you so that the next time you order, the process will be just that much easier for you! Just send in your new order form. No need to fill out any printing information unless there are changes, e.g. you want numbers this year, and last year you didn’t have them.
I’d like to reorder, but we don’t have enough to have a 10 item reorder minimum. What can I do?You can either dig up some friends/fans interested in getting some of your sweet team gear, or you can pay the setup fees for small orders. The setup fees are $16 per screen, per order. So, if you had a two color logo and numbers, and want only 5 jerseys, that would be $32 split between the five of you. Other than that, the cost of your gear will be the same as it was on your previous order.

I heard that Five gear runs a little small. Is that true?Our jerseys do run a little smaller than many other brands. The heat involved in the screen printing process can also shrink gear up to about 1/2 inch. You can take a look at our sizing chart for more details on the sizing and fit of our jerseys. We can also send you samples of our gear to try on, to make sure you get the perfect fit. We’ll pay to ship it to you, and you can just ship it back to us once you’ve tried it out!
