Shipping and DeliveryFive Ultimate makes every attempt to deliver you your gear on a reasonable time line and in the best quality possible. Once your gear leaves our warehouse we have little control over what happens to it. Outlined below are our policies and procedures for how we will work with the shipping company to ensure the highest quality of service. * By default, Five Ultimate does not pay for insurance on shipping. * Upon the shipping company’s confirmation of the delivery of a shipment, Five Ultimate assumes that you have received your gear. * Upon receiving your email confirmation for any order, check to make sure all shipping and delivery information is clear and correct. * Should your gear arrive in less than top condition, please let us know as soon as possible.Domestic Deliveries* Once your order ships, we will email you all tracking information available for your shipment. If no tracking information is available, we will inform you of the ship date and the expected delivery time line. * Five Ultimate asks that you refer to the shipping company’s website for final package tracking and delivery details. * We will try to confirm all delivery addresses, and we will contact you if we notice any possible delivery issues with an address you provide.International Deliveries* Five is proud to serve Ultimate players from all over the globe. We have experience and patience in working with international shipping. * Five Ultimate will attempt to ship to anywhere legally possible on the globe.Ordering TimelineCustomized Gear* Once you confirm and pay for your order, the delivery clock starts ticking. * If we are out of stock of the gear you are requesting, we will work with you to offer various options that allow you to satisfy your needs as quickly and as accurately as possible.Individual Gear* Your online store purchase will typically ship in 1-3 business days.Pricing, Promotions, and PaymentFive Ultimate makes every effort possible to support the Ultimate community through sponsorships, discounts, and incentives for promoting and growing the sport. Should you notice any errors with your shipping address, contact information etc. please let us know so that we can ensure the best quality of service.Artwork* You are responsible for procuring the correct permissions for any artwork that you submit to us for use in printing or other gear customization, or for any other purposes. * If we like your artwork, we may make an extra item or two to keep around for company use.Returns / ReplacementsWe want to have the highest quality gear floating around the Ultimate community and beyond. Should you notice any manufacturing defects in the gear that you receive, please let us know and we will work to replace it quickly according to the details below. * People come in all shapes and sizes, make sure you are ordering the right size. * If your gear arrives and you notice any quality issues, product errors, or order mistakes, please let us know as soon as possible. If it is our fault, we will take full responsibility and will refund or replace your goods.
