We even have a coach and one of her players, who also coaches middle schoolers. That&#8217;s two generations of coaching right here in the office! The people who coach at Five do it first and foremost because teaching kids awesome things is a ton of fun, closely followed by a desire to develop the sport, which is the best way to look at it, I think. Five can&#8217;t donate jerseys and shorts to every youth team out there, but we do make it easier for Five employees to share their time with the rest of the Ultimate community. And, as part of our Youth Sponsorship Initiative, we discount any and all gear we sell to youth teams as well as supporting their coaches through the Coaching Certification Program (CCP).
