Entry Level Position: Team Order Representative Job Description: Five Ultimate is comprised of hard-working, inspired, and fun-loving employees. We’re looking for someone to join our team here at headquarters in Seattle. The Team Order Representative will work in the Team Order Department to create custom screen printed athletic gear. This person will work one-on-one with customers to smoothly transform uniform dreams into reality. She/he will:

- Process team orders by working with customers through email and phone interactions.

- Coordinate with the other members of the Team Order Department to ensure timely delivery of gear and the highest standards of customer care.

- Work with customers to create mock ups of uniforms using graphics programs including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

- Process order forms using Excel and QuickBooks.

- See each team order through from start to finish, managing multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining a personal touch with each individual order.

- Provide artwork assistance to our customers as requested.

- Assist with ‘barn-raising’ style projects that occasionally require everyone at the company to drop what they are doing and pitch in. These jobs will vary, but include tasks such as receiving shipments, tournament preparations, photo shoots, and inventory counts.

- The person hired for this job must live in the Seattle area or be willing to relocate.

The right person for the Team Order Representative position will have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with graphic design experience.

- Word, Excel, and Internet navigation competency

- An eye for artistic balance and proportion

- Keen attention to detail

- Ability to work well both independently (self-motivated) and with a team

- Ability to remain calm under fire, and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Excellent organizational skills

- Motivation to play a part in the growth and development of the sport of Ultimate

For an example of what the 2011 internships entailed:

We had two internship positions for summer 2011.

1) Web & Graphic Design Internship

2) Marketing, Market Research, and Administrative Internship

Parameters for both positions:

- Three month position at Five HQ in Seattle, WA.

- Roughly 20hrs/week. More hours available for the right person. - Small stipend. ORCA unlimited metro pass provided. All tournament/league fees paid by company. - Potential to be hired on for work at summer tournaments.

Position Descriptions:

1) Web & Graphic Design Internship:

The mission of this position is to gain educational experience in graphic design and web design by accomplishing real & quality work for the company. The design work will be collaborative and spread across Five Ultimate’s website, order fulfillment, tournaments, and online store by using Adobe Creative Suite software to create artboards, advertisements, banners, logos, web pages, etc. While web design will be a part of this position, the majority of work will be graphic design.

2) Marketing, Market Research, and Administrative Internship:

The mission of this position is to gain educational experience in small business by accomplishing real & quality work for the company. The work will span across Accounting, Order Fulfillment, and Marketing/PR, but will focus on market research and general administrative work. On the admin side, the mission is to support the company’s administrative tasks to learn how and why systems are created and maintained and to learn what level of detailed professional back-end work is needed to support a small business. On the market research front, the position will learn about ROI and business development from analyzing different marketing and sales initiatives the company has completed in the past, is currently enacting, or plans/aspires to deploy in the future.
